SalesMethods Challenges the Traditional Sales Training Merry-Go-Round
SalesMethods, who bring high performance sales to salesforce.com, launch their on-line sales training portfolio at Cloudforce in conjunction with going live on the public AppExchange.
Dr John Heaford, SalesMethods’ Head of Methodologies (cognitive psychologist and author of ‘The Myth of the Learning Machine’) commented:
‘These on-line training modules are a key element in our holistic approach to methodology training, coaching and skills transfer. Our principle philosophy is that the sales manager is pivotal and on-line training aligned with our ‘train the manager first’ helps them in the critical coaching and counselling activities.
Our passion is for training to deliver results. We are fed up with the continual merry-go-round sheep dip approach – particularly given the poor retention that seems to perpetuate the need for training.
