SalesMethods offers two levels of support depending on the needs of the organisation:
1. Standard – This is included in the rental fee and includes:
- E-mail support from 9am to 5 pm every business day
- Free upgrades as they are released
2. Premium is at additional cost with the additional support:
- Telephone support from up to 24/7
- A named support consultant in support of your business
- An annual site health check
