SalesMethods offers two levels of support depending on the needs of the organisation:

1.  Standard – This is included in the rental fee and includes:

• E-mail support from 9am to 5 pm every business day
• Free upgrades as they are released

2.  Premium is at additional cost with the additional support:

• Telephone support from up to 24/7
• A named support consultant in support of your business
• An annual site health check
